Orders are not processed through this website. Availability enquiries are reviewed individually, and any resulting arrangement is handled directly rather than through an online checkout.
Eligibility
Materials are supplied to qualified research institutions, laboratories, and researchers acting in a professional capacity, and only where supply is lawful in the destination jurisdiction.
We may decline to supply any enquiry at our discretion, including where a destination, stated purpose, or intended use falls outside laboratory research.
Returns
Because research materials cannot be verified as having been stored and handled correctly once they leave our control, returns are generally not accepted after despatch.
Where material arrives damaged, or where a delivered lot does not match the lot identified on the accompanying documentation, contact us and the matter will be resolved directly.
